What is Interprofessional Education? The American Speech- Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) defines Interprofessional Education (IPE) as “an activity that occurs when two or more professions learn about, from, and with each other to enable effective collaboration and improve outcomes for individuals and families whom we serve.”

Who Can Participate? Undergraduate and Graduate students enrolled in any Graduate College of Education programs are invited to participate. Registration is limited to the first 30 respondents.

What is the Agenda? The agenda includes an introduction to IPE and relevance to inclusive practices in schools, particularly Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Students will then discuss a case-study to include all perspectives. Faculty will assist in discussions and plans for the school-wide team.
