The ART Lab and Speaker Series, starting Tuesday September 26 – Krystal Ramirez, MFA
The Arts, Research & Teaching (ART) Lab is getting started under the direction Frances Bean, its new Coordinator, with Alex Mejia in Secondary Education.
Supported by generous funding from Leonard Hunter to carry on the work of Arts Educator Julia Marshall, the ART Lab will work with all of us to help integrate the Arts into our programs and college. Their Speaker Series kicks off next Tuesday September 26, 5:00 p.m. via Zoom with Krystal Ramirez, MFA. Her talk is titled “What I Talk About When I Talk About Teaching.” Krystal is an exciting artist and arts educator who will speak about the relationship between her artistic practice, research, and pedagogy. Please share this opportunity with your students. Register HERE to receive the Zoom link and more information.
