Dr. Victor Lugo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. He studies school-based issues for speech-language pathologists, including policy advocacy, labor markets, and interdisciplinary teaming. Victor also examines how communication sciences and disorders programs can best support students from underrepresented backgrounds. His current projects focus on teachers’ unions and psychological safety in cross-disciplinary teams.
